Gipsy was 3,5 years old when he came to our kennel. We were looking for a female leaddog and found this fantastic male. After some starting problems Gipsy showed more and more of his quality nearly every day so that he knew every command in the end of the season.
He is a very social dog, intelligent and devotet to us. There are no problems with eating and drinking. We know him as a steady and hard working dog and don’t want to miss him anymore!
Gipsy is the father of our A-litter (February 2007), of S-litter (September 2006) and W-litter (October 2007) at Alka-Shan’s.
Also as a ten years old dog he is still very active and motivated to run in the team. In the season 2010/11 he showed once again that he isn’t on the scrap heap yet. He helped out when some dogs were injured. So he showed us one more time why he is our special dog!
Now he is retired from his sleddog life and enjoys walks in the woods and fields and is living with us in the house.
